Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The role includes working 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, delivering ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, and recording data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Active engagement with clients including floor activities and assisting mobility.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
