Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with room to grow as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 (for averaging 25 hours a week for the entire quarter), holiday pay, travel

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
