Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA-based interventions in home, school, or community settings. The role offers part-time hours with growth opportunities as caseloads expand and mentorship is provided by BCBAs.

The position requires Active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA therapy, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred). Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
