Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an RBT for part-time in-home, school, or community sessions. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally may be required. Growth opportunities to advance to BCBA are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Education

Active RBT Certification

Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred
