Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, positive reinforcement, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. The role offers mentorship, career growth, and local travel for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
