Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks an enthusiastic RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to support learning and independence.

This part-time position offers growth toward full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities for mentorship, university partnerships, and paid travel reimbursement. Travel locally for in-home sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
