Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA support in-home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time; includes mentorship, career growth, travel locally, paid holidays, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
