Job summary

B Above Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. Earn $23–$28 per hour with flexible hours and comprehensive training under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement individualized plans, collaborate with the clinical team, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate with clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partner with families to create meaningful change.
• Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
