Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision in New Jersey.

You will collect session data, follow behavior plans, and support skill development while receiving supportive supervision, feedback, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Flexible, after-school hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized and dependable.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• If you love working with children—and have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional—you may be an excellent fit for this role
