Job summary

Circle Care Services in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under a supervising BCBA.

As part of the role you will provide therapy, collect session data, and support progress while benefiting from flexible scheduling, supervisory guidance, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health; willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
