Circle Care Services in New Jersey is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You will receive strong supervision, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health; we provide support to complete your RBT certification if needed, with competitive pay of $20-$30 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health; willingness to pursue RBT certification if needed.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• If you love working with children, related experience is a plus.
