Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and support the child’s communication, social, and daily living skills in a compassionate setting.

Competitive hourly pay between $23 and $28, with strong on-the-job training and room for growth. A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma are required to join the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using ABA software.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to ensure client progress.
