Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings and implement plans under supervision. This role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the BCBA to support essential communication and daily living skills for clients with ASD.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have a high school diploma, and can work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software systems.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and other team members to ensure client progress and success.
