Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans from the supervising BCBA and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and strong data collection and communication skills. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Follow plans created by the supervising BCBA accurately.
• Collect and submit session data and notes using ABA software.
• Assist clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional and compassionate relationships with families.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to track client progress.
