Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) role offers flexible scheduling, supervision, and the opportunity to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with pay ranging from $25–$30 per hour for part‑time work.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willing to receive supervision and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
