Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings in Maryland.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with a supervising BCBA and team. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required to travel between locations and meet schedules.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure effective communication with families and team.
• Pass a criminal background check.
