Job summary

Century Park Associates in Idaho is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (QMAP) to provide quality assisted living services and support residents according to care plans. Reports to the Resident Care Director. Flexible schedule options and excellent benefits.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, current Med Tech or QMAP certification, CPR certification, and about 1 year of senior services experience preferred. Certification must remain current during employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Med Tech or QMAP certification required; must remain current.
• CPR certification required at hire or within 90 days; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follows policies and procedures for medication administration and delivery.
• Reports med errors or missing medications immediately.
• Provides quality care per the care plan and promotes resident independence.
• Complies with infection control guidelines; maintains cart transfer and narcotic counts.
• Documents medication administration in the EHR per policy.
• Participates in community activities and encourages resident participation.
• Demonstrates patience, compassion, and integrity with residents.
