Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (QMAP) to deliver assisted living services, adhering to all laws and Century Park standards. Reports to the Resident Care Director.

The role requires a current Med Tech or QMAP certificate, CPR certification, and prior senior services experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling includes on-call weekends and evening shifts, with a focus on resident independence and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current Med Tech or QMAP certification and stay current during employment.
• One year of senior services experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 90 days and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for medication administration, ordering, and delivery.
• Report med errors or missing medications immediately.
• Provide quality care per the care plan and promote resident independence.
• Comply with infection control guidelines and ensure proper narcotic counts.
• Document medication administration in the EHR per policy.
• Engage residents in activities and encourage participation.
• Demonstrate patience, compassion and integrity with residents.
