Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self‑motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care in the Lompoc area. The position is for an Independent Contractor serving adults of all ages in home health, focusing on movement, pain reduction, function restoration, and disability prevention.

The PTA assesses needs, determines treatment plans, executes interventions, and monitors progress, while maintaining accurate records. Bilingual skills are a plus and exceptional communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and state registration.
• Completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant curriculum approved by APTA or related accrediting bodies.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function.
• Develop and execute treatment plans to improve overall well‑being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Document care clearly and discreetly.
