Job summary

Adoration Health in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services in home health or assisted living settings. You will assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans, administer therapeutic exercises, and document patient progress.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program and active certification.
• Current CPR certification and TB screening as required.
• Familiar with geriatric care, home health, assisted living or similar settings.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safe procedures.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Provide 1:1 patient training and document progress and results.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and report changes.
• Support treatment plans with team communication; perform other duties.
