Job summary

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide 1:1 patient care in home settings across Marianna and surrounding counties. This role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and the opportunity to increase earnings per visit while delivering meaningful care.

You will work under a supervising PT, manage mobility and independence, complete AI-assisted documentation, and enjoy benefits such as health insurance after 30 days and PTO starting day one.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
