Concierge Home Care in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, flexible schedule in home health. You will deliver one-on-one care, work autonomously, and tailor your daily plan to each patient’s needs.

You’ll use AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation, enjoy a supportive mentor program, generous PTO starting at 3 weeks, 401(k) options, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualificações

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Completion of AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care per plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted charting tools.
