Job summary

Adoration Health is expanding to Boyton Beach, seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to empower clients with strength and independence. You will work in settings like Independent Living, Assisted Living, geriatrics, and/or outpatient, offering flexible hours and clinical autonomy.

The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support personalized rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant training program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification in state of practice.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Proof of Auto Insurance.
• Knowledge of evidence based therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.
• One year preferred.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds with safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Provide training to individuals and others involved in rehabilitation; document results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Support the treatment plan by documenting and reporting status changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.
