Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. The role involves screening, evaluating, and designing treatment plans for patients, while collaborating with a clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The therapist will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, manage discharge planning, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Case management and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain license and stay updated on industry regulations.
• Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
