Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Denver, Colorado, is seeking Rehabilitation Flex Team Members to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to residents on a flexible, as-needed basis.

You will work with licensed physical therapists, document care, and guide residents through therapeutic activities and mobility exercises while fostering trusting relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant state license; CPR certification.
• Physical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist residents through physical activities.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents in person and over the phone.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.

Responsibilities

• Provides services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Documents resident care services according to procedures.
• Assists with therapeutic procedures and exercises.
• Builds rapport with residents and supports recovery goals.
• Collaborates with team to promote a supportive workplace culture.
