Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our compassionate senior living team in Florida. The role offers a full-time schedule, starting pay of $30.00 per hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, with no travel required and a flexible schedule to support patient care and team collaboration.

You will provide therapy services, document progress, and help residents regain function and independence within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Background screening through AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
