Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages in Florida is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver individualized rehab services to older adults. You’ll screen, evaluate, treat, and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in physical therapy, SNF therapy experience, strong communication, and complete AHCA background checks.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Background screening through AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.

Position: Physical Therapy Assistant – PRN

• Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
• Pay: $35.00 per hour
