Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages in Florida is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered rehabilitation services to our older adult community. You’ll assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help residents regain function and independence.

The role emphasizes teamwork with an interdisciplinary care team, clear documentation, and supportive scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
