Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in Florida is seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team.

You will support residents with personalized therapies under medical orders and collaborate with a coordinated care team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO with rollover, and opportunities for clinical growth within a not-for-profit organization serving senior living

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in an applicable therapy field.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal and clinical skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents under medical orders.
• Assist with rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated on-site team.
• Mentor and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapies and treatments.
• Support career advancement and clinical interest development.
