Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support rehabilitation for our residents in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You'll provide screening, evaluation, treatment, and progress communication, with emphasis on restoring function and quality of life. An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy and SNF therapy experience are required; flexible scheduling and DailyPay are offered to help work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• SNF therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.

Position: Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN

• Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
• Pay: $35.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Need:

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
