Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient services in patients' homes across the United States. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, autonomy, and minimal administrative work, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient home-visit therapy experience preferred
• Active state PT license is required, CPR/BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, delivering full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a max 30-minute drive
• Complete documentation quickly in the Luna app (3–5 minutes)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
