Qualifications

• BSN or actively enrolled in BSN program from a nationally accredited nursing education program.
• Active, unencumbered Colorado RN license (or Compact/Multi-State) to practice in Colorado.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care as an RN.
• Minimum of one year of nursing teaching or clinical instruction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise nursing students during clinical rotations with safe, hands-on learning.
• Coordinate clinical learning opportunities tailored to student growth.
• Evaluate student performance and progress using established clinical standards.
• Maintain current clinical practice and awareness of evolving nursing standards.
• Collaborate with ANIP and Clinical Faculty to ensure consistent instruction.
• Assist in program alignment with mission, objectives, and standards.
