Independence Rehab Inc. is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Park Forest Care Center in Westminster, CO.

We offer flexible PRN scheduling and the opportunity to work with a geriatric population in a supportive, therapist-owned company. You will provide hands-on, functional therapy, focusing on gait and mobility retraining, transfer training, strengthening and balance, and fall prevention, while collaborating with the supervising PT and

Formación

• Active Colorado PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• SNF experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population.
• Gait and mobility retraining; transfer training across all levels of assistance.
• Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with the supervising PT on care progression.
• Work alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery.
