Job summary

Greenridge Post-Acute and Senior Living in El Sobrante, CA, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to support a skilled nursing therapy team. You will deliver individualized, evidence-informed treatment under a supervising Physical Therapist and help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current, active California PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Successful completion of NPTE for PTAs.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance.
• Document resident responses and report changes.
• Educate residents/caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety standards.
• Support discharge planning and care transitions.
