Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Ozark, MO, on a PRN basis. Join our rehab team to provide patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact for residents in a SNF setting.

The PTA will work under the direction of licensed PTs, supporting mobility, balance, and functional activities, while maintaining timely documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. New grads welcome to apply!

Qualifications

• Current Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
