Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting seeks a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team in Ironton, Missouri on a PRN basis within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers flexibility and the chance to impact residents meaningfully.

You will assist under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, help with mobility and functional activities, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
