Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Ozark, MO is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist with mobility and functional activities, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Currently hold Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
