Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Adrian, Missouri facility on a PRN basis. You will provide direct PTA services under a licensed PT, assist residents with mobility and daily activities, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable and professional.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
• Provide professional, patient-centered care
