Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Return resident to optimal physical function and support achievement of therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct residents in maintaining function through education, independent exercise, and activity modification.
