Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Naples facility. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

This role offers a flexible PRN schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities within Solaris HealthCare Imperial (Naples). Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with Florida PTA licensure required or license-eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
