Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life for patients in the SNF setting.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with a supportive leadership team and modern rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
