Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in the United States is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will work under a licensed PT to help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient-specific treatment plans created by the PT.
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment.
• Uphold ethical, professional standards in all interactions.
