Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing setting. You will implement exercise programs, educate patients, and document progress to support discharge goals.

This PRN/part-time role offers on-site work with flexible pay options, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education. An active PTA license and an Associate's Degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a PTA program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered PTA license in the state of practice.
• Must have basic computer skills to use EHR and delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and support therapy goals.
• Educate patients and develop independent exercise programs.
• Document progress and coordinate with occupational therapy and nursing staff.
