Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in El Paso, TX seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to join our real-world neuro rehabilitation program. This role focuses on one-on-one therapy in community, home, or work settings, with flexible hours and no weekend shifts.

As primary therapist under supervision, you will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the supervising PT. Candidates should have a current PTA license, BLS/CPR, and a strong interest in

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in the practicing state
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries
• Strong communication and professional interaction skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment
• Collaborates with the PT on treatment plans and progress toward goals
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and department areas
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the PT and helps secure adaptive equipment
• Adheres to HIPAA, code of conduct and regulatory requirements
• Attends staff development programs and continuing education as required
