Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN/flexible role. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver rehabilitation in homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings.

The position emphasizes autonomous practice within a supportive therapy team, offering per-hour pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for ongoing education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care.
