Job summary

Granbury Care Center in Granbury, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis. You will administer PT treatments, assist under PT supervision, and help residents improve mobility and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a TX PTA license, have SNF or long-term care experience, and are comfortable with Net Health documentation. Flexible Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays available, with in-house rehab services and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically prescribed PT treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Assist PT in implementing plans of care under supervision.
• Measure and record motor function, strength, and mobility.
• Maintain timely documentation per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to adjust care as needed.
• Support patients and caregivers with education and care planning.
