Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to assist in providing patient-centered physical therapy services. Under direction of a Clinical Manager, you will help assess, plan, and implement therapy, maintain unit operations, and support department objectives across multiple sites as needed.

The role requires licensure as a PTA in Pennsylvania or eligibility, CPR certification, and a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and effective communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited program with an Associates degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.
• Certifications/Licensure: Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Pennsylvania. CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a level of computer literacy appropriate to the role.
