Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy under supervision in clinical and home settings. You will implement and document treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with Physical Therapists to achieve patient goals.

The role requires a PTA license in Pennsylvania, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to patient homes as needed. At least two years of experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree in PTA from accredited program.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current PA licensure as PTA required.
• Indirect supervision licensure by PA State Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs required.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assists with implementing and documenting Physical Therapy treatment and progress for assigned caseload.
• Maintains productivity standard expectations.
• Communicates with supervising therapists about patient progress and goals; coordinates scheduling with Scheduling Coordinator.
• Participates in team conferences and staff meetings.
