Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN shifts in Graham, NC. Work 1–2 consistent days per week, daytime, with the support of a collaborative therapy team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under a licensed PT, document progress, educate patients on home exercises and safe use of assistive devices, and participate in patient care planning.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
