Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PRN coverage at Peak Resources Alamance in Graham, NC. You will work daytime shifts as part of a clinician-led team, developing and adjusting treatment plans tailored to each patient.

Applicants should hold a DPT, be licensed in the state, and have NPTE eligibility. Prior PT experience is preferred, and you will educate patients and families on home exercises to prevent injuries.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Documents progress and adjusts plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
